Fulfill Backorders
To fulfill the purchase order follow the following steps:
- Open the back order that you want to fulfill. ( A backorder screen will appear)
- Click on the Receive Inventory Button at the top right side of the screen.
- A dialog box will appear on the screen. You can receive inventory against a Backorder, either locally or by updating your Shopify inventory stock numbers.
- Click on continue Button
- You can accept or reject the quantity of stock received and then click on the save and update Shopify button.
- If the accepted quantity matches the requested quantity, the Backorder is automatically marked as fulfilled, or you have the option to manually mark it as fulfilled.
