Maintain a Holiday Calendar for your store. It’s beneficial to include all holidays for the years your order history is being uploaded, as this enables the ForecxtIQ AI model to detect demand patterns.
Here are the following steps to create a holiday calendar:
- Go to Settings and click on the Holiday Calendar menu from the navigation menu bar on the screen’s left side.
- The Holiday Calendar maintained for one store can be replicated across other stores.
